That's spot on I think Kim

Copper alloy gilded horse harness pendant in the form of an eagle. The pendant is flat and has an integral suspension loop at the top set at a right angle to the plane of the object. The eagle is shown front-on with wings outstretched to either side. The eagle’s head is turned to the left; its legs and feet are outstretched, but the tail and right leg are now truncated. The wing feathers are depicted by moulded ribs. This artefact dates to the 14th century.
